Purchase Agreement

This Purchase Agreement transfers ownership of the «Breed» puppy named below from Rocky Mountain Yorkies ("Breeder") to the Buyer named below, for the price of «$0».

HEALTH GUARANTEE. The Breeder guarantees the puppy is in good health at the time of sale and has received «list vaccinations / deworming / vet check». The Breeder provides a «length»-year genetic health guarantee covering «covered conditions», conditioned on «buyer obligations — e.g. a vet exam within «N» days, maintaining vaccinations». Remedy for a covered condition: «replacement / refund terms».

BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES. The Buyer agrees to provide proper care, nutrition, veterinary care, and «spay/neuter terms if any». The puppy «may / may not» be resold or rehomed without notifying the Breeder.
